Samsung Moment Apps market

I have a Samsung Moment that i have had for about 2 months. I cant seem to get into the Market Apps. When I try it goes through the process of trying to open a google account. i have tried this numerous times with different user names and emails, but when it tries to connect it says it is communicating, but after a few minutes it comes up with the "Cant establish a reliable connection to the server"

What does this mean and what do I do to get this to work?
 
I have no idea why it does this. To fix this problem I had to reset my phone to factory settings. I had to do this as soon as I got my phone right out of the box and again after the CL14 update.

Settings -> SD card & phone storage -> Factory data reset

Once your phone reboots head directly to the market and enter your email. It should connect right away this time.

Since you've had your phone for 2 months you may want to do a backup first of all your contacts and whatnot.

Hope this helps. Someone else may have a better solution but this has worked twice for me.
 
I have a Samsung Moment and I don't recall having this problem, my dad, sis and aunt also got a Moment and I set up all their phones and I never had that problem with any of theirs.

Yeah I don't know what the deal is with this. It seems stupid to have to reset the phone to factory settings considering it already is straight from the box. I had to find the solution by searching many, many message boards. I tried calling support and they were of no help of course. There were lots of people having this problem and not just with the moment or samsung. Maybe it's an android thing?
