It seems Samsung and Sprint have decided to roll out a more efficient Moment.
Samsung has decided to use a ATSC Mobile DTV chip This chip is supposed to lower power utilization, and is smaller and cost less than its multi-chip counterparts.
The cool thing about DTV is that it picks up signals from local broadcast stations, allowing users to receive news, sports, prime-time TV.
Demo units will be available in Washington D.C and Baltimore in Q1 2010.
