Samsung Moment

I have an unfortunate situation.

I am upgrade eligible as of last week but want to save my upgrade for either an N1 or EVO this summer.

Not sure an N1 is going to be possible since my account is via an Employee and I am not sure how that will work with Google doing all the selling most likely.

As for the EVO I can't wait, but if I upgrade now I won't be eligible for upgrade pricing again until 4/2011.

So my instinct screen is getting worse by the day and I can barely use it. If anyone has a Samsung Moment they want to part with let me know how much and we may be able to work something out.

Am I right in that if I pick up a Moment off contract it won't change my upgrade eligibility?

You can change the phone on your lines as many times as you want, and it wont effect your upgrade eligibility. I have changed from 4 phones in the past year alone, and i got the moment in december. so you are fine.
