hi. i recently started using samsung music. i prefer listening to my music shuffled, not in the alphabetical order or any other order - just randomly selected and tossed into the queue. however no matter what i do, it just goes in order? i go to the top of the tracks tab and press shuffle play and, yes, it will give me a random song but then i check the queue and its everything in alphabetical order (thats how my tracks are ordered). i try the arrow buttons on the left and try it with it crossed thru and not crossed thru, either way, it doesnt work. please help
