Okay, let me see if I understand you... Do you want to set your music as a personal ringtone (meaning that when someone calls, you have a personal ring for that person)? Or do you want to set up a call tone (meaning that callers will hear a song, instead of the normal ringing sound)?
There is an application on the Play Store that would allow you to choose a part of a song and set it has a personal or a regular ringtone.
But if you are talking about a call tone... You would have to contact your carrier for information on how to get this onto your device.
