If your Galaxy Note 10.1 has 4.0 or later software, it is capable of accessing USB drives through a USB cable. This will require a cable that plugs into your charger port and also accepts standard USB drives. If you have this cable, you should then be able to plug it in and access the files using a file manager, such as ES Explorer.
