Don't know much about Apple products, but I think the only way to transfer things to an iPod is via iTunes - and I don't think there's an Android version of iTunes (check the Play Store - I could be wrong).
If there's not, then you need to copy the tunes from the pad to a PC, add them to your iTunes library, then sync with the iPod.
