Samsung Note 4 bypass all security UnRooted!

I noted this problem when I restarted my note 4 on lollipop android. Device is Locked.. Then Press and hold the power button, select power off (or reboot). Allow to Boot. Upon boot you are presented with a unlocked device for about 4 or 5 seconds till the lock screen loads.. (WHHHAAA?) I was able to get to my photos, email, settings you name it.. I am unsure if it is possible to disable the security in the 5 seconds you get..

I have not installed any special screen locking or alternative icon manager..

Working from my side.. Google searched the Name and the url is

It is locked before it is shutdown.
Upon Boot the desktop icons are shown and usable for 5 to X seconds as it loads.
Eventually it locks the device once it finishes loading..

The problem is that anyone can do this over and over and get to information on the device.. Email, contacts, heck I am sure you can place a call in 5 seconds. I got to my photos.. Unsure if you can disable the security or change the password in 5 seconds.. I am not that quick.

It's a bug in 'his' phone/software. It doesn't happen like that to me. Locks straight away. Desktop never comes on before the lockscreen while things are loading...

What damage do you realistically believe you could do to the phone in the 4-5 seconds before it actually locks itself?

Aside from being able to take a cursory glance at emails or texts etc, what do you genuinely believe you could obtain?
