Help SAMSUNG NOTE 5 Off Screen Memo not working

Hello!

My Samsung note 5 Off Screen Memo is not working at all.

I've checked the settings too.

Whenever i remove the S pen and try to write but nothing happens, please help

The S pen is working nicely once the screen is on.

You may want to contact Samsung. Backup all your important data, because they will likely have you try a factory reset.
