Hello guys,
When starting my android tablet Samsung galaxy note 8, it shows a message "android is upgrading finishing boot" and then shows an error message "logs provider has stopped working" after that it shows another error message "process android.process.acore has stopped" and the tablet enters an endless loop of restarting and showing the same errors.
The developer options is not enabled, and I couldn't even do anything when the tablet starts because it shortly restart. The current android version is 4.1.2 jelly bean and the auto update of the android is disabled.
When the tablet starts, the time and the date are correctly adjusted
These errors happened suddenly and the tablet was working properly.
I don't want to apply factory settings via the recovery mode. I don't want to lose the data on the internal memory.
Can anyone help me?
