Samsung Note2

I called off my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note2...8 months old) then 30 minutes later I go to use it again and it's dead...just the Red LED light next to the Samsung label flashing...unable to turn it on again....
took it to the repair shop...still no idea what's wrong with it but it surely corrupted my sim card!
 
Hello and welcome to Android Forums.

It sounds like you may have a 'hard brick', a phone that is totally unrecoverable.

You may have contacted a virus of some nature but hard bricks are normally a result of a failed rooting or custom ROM.
