samsung prevail locked up

Hey Im new to the site. I have a samsung prevail that seems to have locked up. I have turned off the phone and then turned it back on. I have also taken the battery out of the phone and re-installed the battery, but it will not reboot. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hello, tkmml1234 and welcome to AF. Have you tried leaving the battery out for awhile?
