Samsung Proclaim & StraightTalk - is Call Forwarding possible?

I have a Samsung Proclaim through StraighTalk and it has worked very well. I have a new job that I always have to carry a company I-phone now. I don't want two phones on me all day.

Is it possible to set up the Proclaim to forward my calls to the new I-phone?

Get on Facebbook. Go to Straight Talk's page. Ask one of their techs. (FB is where their best technical people are.)
