Samsung Pushing URL Into Browser's HomePage?

Internet v1.5.

Somebody keeps pushing a link to Samsung's site into the default page.

Something about registering my tablet....

I've reset it, but it keeps coming back after awhile.

Anybody got an idea of who/what is doing this?

Probably part of the Samsung initial setup, register the tablet for warranty purposes. Likely harmless.

Agreed..
If you just bought it and its doing this, this probably is part of the set up process. Just make sure the address in the bar is an actual Samsung address and not some be site looking for device serials.

If you are curious about it, call Samsung customer support and see if this is normal. Maybe they can direct you to a method of getting past this registration issue, or you could find its bogus. Either way, you'll have at least an answer.
