Hi guys i am having some issues with my phone calls, the problem is that when I am on the phone to somebody on an active call and somebody else try to ring me it tells them my phone is currently unavailable, and while I'm on the call it wont show a call inconing and give me an option to accept or decline so I know they have phoned me or even leave a missed call notification how can I solve this issue

Check the settings of your Phone app. The app's settings should contain an option to enable/disable Call Waiting: on my Pixel it's in Phone > Settings > Calls > Additional Settings, but Samsung's phone app may arrange its settings differently.

If that doesn't work the most likely reason for that is that your contract does not support call waiting, in which case you should speak to your service provider if you think that is wrong.

It also sounds like you don't have a divert to voicemail when unavailable set up...

On Samsung phones it's under your dialer's settings. Open the phone dialer and tap the three dots to get to settings. You'll find it under "supplementary services". If it's not there, then you don't have that enabled. It should then go directly to voicemail, but as @Hadron noted, it's under the control of your carrier, not the phone.
