i have an Samsung S3 android phone, it powered off automatically , when i boot my mobile phone again i get get read the data of the memory card of my monile phone, maybe i encountered virus attack , what can i do to get all the files back from my memory card?

If you have and sd card adaptor, put the card in it and insert in your PC. Right click the drive in windows explorer and select properties. Select tools tab and press the check for errors button and leave it to complete. Then, see if you can access the card and report back.

Far too many people assume "virus" when something odd happens. It's far more likely to be a glitch in the phone or card.

You could try just removing the battery from the phone for a minute or two (to ensure a completely clean start) then see whether it works after rebooting.

Otherwise the simplest solution is to get a USB card reader, attach the card to a computer and copy the files. If you can't, you can run file recovery software (e.g. Recuva, which is free, if you use Windows) to retrieve them. Then you can do whatever you need to get the phone reading the card again.
