Samsung s3 mini storage problem

Hi, I'm using samsung galaxy s3 mini GT-I8190N and I have no storage space left on my phone. I have deleted a lot of things on my phone but when I look back at the storage space available it still says 0.00b. I think something is taking up the space on my phone. I have 4.5GB internal storage but no more space left.
 
Are you looking at the RAM or the actual phone storage?
Can you add an external SD card and copy over all of your media to it?
What apps do you have installed, and which ones have you deleted?
