hi...it's my first post & i am not sure if this one was tackled already.
anyways,
i was trying to change the lockscreen wallpaper on my s3 and found out that if i use dark wallpapers, the ripple effect will not happen. but with bright & colorful wallpapers, they're okay. am i the only one having this issue or this is really meant to happen?
