Help Samsung s3 problems

Hi, I am Android Newbie, I've got s3 2 months ago. At first look, I was very happy, but then, I began to face a lot of problems:

1. Copy/Paste not working anymore!!!!
2. Cant upload pics to Facebook when on mobile data (when I try to upload on Wi Fi, it works!)
3. When uploading to Instagram, in 70% of tries upload fails....
4. Battery draining too fast (I have to charge it twice a day!)


Phone is updated to Android 4.1.1
Can you give me solution for some of my problems?

it is recommended to do a factory reset after updating from ICS to JB.
