When I go to a web site and then click something inside that site the phone give me a message that I have too many windows open. Please close some. I have tried everything and cannot find how to close windows.

Welcome, try rebooting your phone, if not then go into your browser app and clear cache and data.

Hello and welcome aboard.

Unfortunately, the web browser only allows you a said amount of windows to be open at any given time... for obvious reasons. Here's how to close the ones you don't need: while on a webpage, tap menu then next window...and close out the webpage that you don't need (you can always go back to that webpage by long pressing on the back arrow on the device.)
