Help Samsung S5 Factory reset

Hi!
My mom gave me an Samsung S5 several months ago, now i want to factory reset my S5 because there are many errors on apps and lagging..
My S5 from the box is "Locked"
i unlocked it like 4 months ago. If i factory reset my S5 would i need to unlock it again?

No. As far as I know it won't be locked again.
