Help Samsung S6 Change Ringtone & Notification Sounds

I have just bought the Samsung S6.

Love the phone but find it harder to understand than my LG G3 phone & Asus Tablets I had before
Menus are all different and confusing.

I am trying to change the notification sound and the ringtone.
I found this website

But all my menus are different to this:mad:
I do have ES Explorer and Zedge installed. And have lots of notification sounds and ringtones from another phone I would like to add.
 
I too have the same problem.
On my older phones i could just drop a notification mp3 into the media folder.
But on the samsung if i try this through es explorer through copy paste it tells me file is read only so i cannot.
Browse is also not an option in the notifications to get to the media folder.
I just want to change the notification mp3 to my own choice.:mad:
 
Is it because I have marshmallow that the menus are different on my samsung? As opposed to Lollipop in my other gadgets?
I still cannot find a eay to add new notification sounds.
When. I plug my samsung 6 into the usb on pc it only opens with part of the phones files.

I cannot get to the media folder as with my other phone.

Any suggestions welcome please.
