Samsung S6 SIM Card added message, restarted phone and No SIM Card recognized

Hello!

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S6. I put on my SIM Card (the one I always used in my old phone, it's T-Mobile) and turned on the phone gave me message "SIM card added", and told me to restart. After I restarted the phone, the phone didn't recognize the SIM card anymore, as it was never there.

Please help.

Sim card may just have given up since you did say it's old. Just go to your carrier and ask for a new sim card with the same number. I've done this a few times over the years.
