A couple of screen captures won't reveal much of anything since there's nothing shown that can actually be validated. If you still have all the documentation that came with it when you bought it, you might be able to follow the paper trail as to its source, but that's often better done by a lawyer with a background in things like patent violations.
If you dig through the Settings menu for the phone's IMEI you might want to check it to see its current status: https://www.imei.info/
but given this phone has serious issues to start with, don't be surprised if you have problems with its basic functionality and reliability.
