HELP ME,,I'm having to constantly reboot ALL day...and it still doesn't always work

What phone are you using? Who is your carrier? Is your phone root-ed?

It a SCH-S738C Samsung phone through straight talk. IdK if its rooted or not. It was fine till other day. Now I can't get the rebooting offer it goes straight to my lock screen and I got 3 seconds to get into my settings. A friend gave it to me couple else ago brand new practically. I think I've done it.

It's a Samsung SCH-S738C it's straight talk carrier. It was given to me a few else ago. I've done something wrong obviousl.Y..lol. now it doesn't give me the option to reboot. I don't think it has been rebooted. Thanks in advance
