I screwed up with Samsung Smart Switch, I keep backups of my wife and my phone on my computer because Verizon only gives up 5 GB of cloud and between the 2 of us our pictures alone fill it up, as I type this I realize I could just shut off picture backup but having recent pics and videos available on that cloud is convenient.
For some unknown reason, after I backed up my wife's phone, I hit Sync Outlook. We don't have Outlook on our S8's but it synced all my Outlook stuff from my computer including my calendar, all contacts, changed her Contacts name at the top of her contacts to my username on google (youtube) etc. and possibly more we haven't discovered yet. As Murphy's law dictates, Verizon cloud app backed everything up after I did that but before we realized the gaff so her Cloud contacts, etc were corrupt with my stuff too.
I deleted the contacts and restored from a previous backup, but her calendar is showing all my events, even after the restore. Is there a way to unlink them?
