Costco.com currently has a $70 online discount on the Stratosphere, making it $29.99 for new plans and upgrades!!! Plus, with the same 14-day return policy offered by Verizon, if Big Red comes out with some wacky holiday deals in the next two weeks the phones can always be returned and your upgrade reset.
