Samsung to Launch Apology Ad Over Galaxy Note 7 Recall!

Samsung Announced the unprecedented global recall of the Note 7 on Sept 2 after complaints of battery overheating and fires starting while charging, and promising to give customers replacement in a timely fashion. Samsung will have an upcoming ad that plans to say: " We apologize for causing discomfort and concern to our customers. All Samsung employees will do our best to resolve problems."

Wish Samsung was simply replacing them all so no one had to deal with the carriers on this. One set of rules for all and done.

I don't think an apology would suffice right now. Save the apology for rebuilding your image. No one will accept those words until they feel like everything possible is being done to make them whole.

This is how a Note 7 display stand looks in China, at the local 国美(Gome) store.

When I bought one of course.
