HTC Incredible S is goin to Virgin mobile Canada so maybe there's a chance of another Android phone goin over to VM USA ?????

Virgin Mobile Canada is a totally different company. They are not in any way affiliated with Virgin Mobile US. Virgin Mobile US is owned by Sprint and is a prepaid carrier. Virgin Canada is a postpaid contract carrier.
