Samsung Wave ,, Or The HTC Legend ? (Spec vs. Operating system)

oh well , the same story , O.S vs. Spec
Should i trade all the goodness of S8500 Like the Bluetooth 3.0 , The Super AMOLED and 1GHz CPU and the Resident Evil Game ?
Or i'll miss Android and the beautiful widgets of the sense UI ?
cause from what i've seen , Bada has ugly widgets (and i hate samsung's bold font)
What do you think people ? , honestly the Legend will do it , but the Wave will do it BETTER !
or , wait for a nokia n8 instead ?

Samsung's own operating system is going to be shit by default. You want a phone whose software will suck for all eternity and which may or may not get firmware updates, and which will most likely have no developer community behind it? You go ahead.
