Samsung will Cap your Battery Life!

Well, it would be more accurate to say they're capping the charging capacity. I still refuse to believe that a battery with an anode-to-cathode short will be any safer at 50% charge than it would at 100%... a short is a short is a short.
 
On the news this morning the Government said they are work with Samsung to get the New phone out asap!

They are capping the phones in Korea as far I understand to make people hand in their phones. That is not the fix.
