If I understand your question, you are trying to use your tablet to make phone calls on your cellular network, which is Digicel?
Have you tried the steps on their site? I am assuming you have already contacted them to register your device. If so, please try Menu – Settings – Network Services – Network Selection – Manual - [wait for scanning to end] – select from list of available networks
Your device should see the network.
