how do do i resolve the problem with samsung galaxy ace when the phone wont function properly and is comcom.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedling up
please help

Try going to settings, application manager, the all tab at the top and scroll down to to touchwiz home or twlauncher and clear data and cache and then reboot your phone.
