San Fransisco / Blade Gen 1 no sound

Hi,
Newbie here! Replaced a digitiser on a blade gen 1 no issues doing so, however now it won't emit any sound. Have I missed something, knocked something?? I did notice it is initially sluggish on start up.
Any help appreciated
