Sat nav media and reversing camera purpose bricked phone

Hello I lost my phone reported it so and it was deactivated by the network.
I then had it returned.
It is a Samsung galaxy s4 active uk edition

I wish to re purpose it to uses as a media centre and sat nav for the car and hopefully to have a reversing camera facility.
I plan to mount it on the dash and use bluetooth to stream the music to the head unit
My questions are
Can this be done and how
What software do I require
What hardware do I require.

I use MapFactor Navigator because it does not require a data plan.
Can you be more specific about what you consider a "media center"?
I don't see how you could use it for a reversing camera.

Going to have podcasts downloaded via wifi and albums on the sd card.
I had thought that android hardware may be able to access a reversing cameras signal if it was sent to the usb.
