satnav apps, memory map, MM tracker etc?

Hi all, thinking of ditching my touch diamond , as although its good for certain things, it sucks as a phone, so i'm possibly after the HTC desire.

The prob is, i need a memory map equivalent app, which preferably reads QCT files. I've heard of MM tracker, but has anyone used it?

Also, whats the best road satnav app available? I'v e been using igo8 on the winmo which is excellent, but what is there available on the android?
