Save file location?

After drawing on a pic from my gallery using the s-pen, I click "save" to save the altered pic, but then I can't find it! Where is the drawn-on pic saved? Thanks!

I just did this.

Opened Samsung gallery. Clicked an random photo.
Took out spen. Click on seen write (note 10+)
Scribble jibberish on the screen.
Click save.
Scroll up to the top of the gallery page and saw the photo there.
Even had an icon top left stating I took a screen shot and its in the gallery.
