Save Paid Apps

What is the best way to back up my paid apps? I am getting a new android phone and will need to re install my apps on it. So when I get the new phone I will not need to pay for my apps again.

As long as you use the same Google account on the new phone you will not need to pay for them again you can just download them from your 'My Downloads' in the Market. You could extract the apk's manually or using a back-up app but it would be just as easy to download them again.
