Save Voicemail locally

My dad has a voicemail (Verizon) from my grandmother just before she passed away. Is there an app or way to save it to his phone?

I think the easiest way would be to set up a Google Voice account and forward the message there. From there it can be saved as an mp3 and sent to anyone via mms or email.
