saves google web searches on browsers then deletes after a few days or open other apps

hi when i search for anything on google.co.uk either an web, image or video search it automatically saves what i have searched but after a few days or when i open any apps which are related to google then open back any web browser on android for example dolphin that's the one i mostly use it somehow had deleted the search history that i searched. I am not signed in to google though. is there a way to fix this so that i can keep a history of what i have searched for without having to type my searches back in again thanks
 
it somehow deletes the saved searches when i search for things too many times like about 5 or 6 times am i doing anything wrong or is there anything i need to do to stop this from happening like disabled or enable anything i do have dolphin jetpack on and have flash player installed
 
i may have found the reason why this is happening i search for something on video tab on google.co.uk then click back to web tab and for some reason it just deletes what i have recently searched for is there anyone who can help me with why tbis is happening
