Saving App progress when switching phones

My phone power cycles pretty often so Verizon is sending me a new phone. I have a few apps and games which I would hate to lose progress on. I was wondering if there is a way or an app that will save my games and progress?

Doesn't that save progress online? Anyway, to save game progress you need to be rooted and backup app data using Titanium.
