Saving images on browser --> location?

Hi everyone.

I have an issue with saving images in my Droid browser. I have no problem with the pressing on the image part and choosing "save image". My question is where is this image saved to? I cannot seem to find the folder that contains images I have saved. The download folder in the Gallery app shows nothing and I do not see saved images anywhere else when browsing any other folders.

EDIT: I just noticed that the pics I save that have a normal image file extension such as .jpg save fine but an image file that doesn't show an extension will not save correctly.

Have you found the solution? Maybe the it just doesn't support saving images other than Jpeg. Maybe you want to report this to Issues - android - Project Hosting on Google Code

Yeah I'm pretty sure it just will not save images whose URL does not contain a file extension. The images I was trying to save were like that.
