I've been using android messages app with my nexus 6p and pixel 2xl. People are always sending me text messages with pictures which i have to forward by email. problem i have that whenever i just forward it without saving - the pictures do not have any extension added to it. So I always have to add it manually (*.jpg, *.png). But for the sake of speed and convenience, is there anything i could do so it is there every time? I would like just to click on share icon (whether it's gmail, or SAVE TO DROPBOX) and the file that comes out on the other end already has the extension .jpg or .png added to it??
