Saving pictures and putting them in albums.

When i save a picture from online it go's straight into the downloads folder. Or saved from anywhere else or taken via cam etc they save in all different folders.
At the moment i am using fishbowl which is helping move my pictures into the correct folders.
Is there any easier way of doing this?
