Hi,
i just got a HTC rezound, but i can't use phone to log in gmail account. it show me that the password and user name you enter didn't authenticate with my email provide. However, i can use PC to log into account with the same account name and password. it's wired and i can use other people gmail account to log in by my phone. Would you help me out?
 
Hey daniel, welcome to Android Forums. Congrats on the new phone. I have one myself and I'm in love with it. As for your gmail account. I suspect you made a typo the first time through or something similar. I'd try dumping your setup and start over. Keep in mind your user name and password must be exactly as your established account. it's first time use smart phone, would you tell me how to dump setup? Thanks
 
Welcome back. I've never tried this but it would be my first line of attack. I would go into the app drawer>settings>accounts & sync>under manage accounts you will see google and your gmail address. Click on that.. at the bottom it will say sync now and remove account. I'd remove the account and then try setting it up again.
I hope this works for you.
