.Sbf file convertion to samsung

Hi,

I'm using samsung Sduos phone, i have lost all my contacts and i have a backup from my old phone contacts which is in ".sbf format". my samsung phone is not supporting the same...

i tried converting the file.... however i didnt get a proper software to convert the same.

Could please help me on this.
