Help SC Card issues

every time i try to take a picture, look at my pictures and i've noticed personalize ringtones don't work and it says to insert my SD card...EVERYTIME..is anyone else having this problem?

i usually take it out and put it back in. it's very obnoxious to do and the only way i can look at my pictures is if i click on them one by one (i have 400+).

FORMAT YOUR CARD. Thats what one does when a flash device becomes unreadable. If that fails then go to radio shack and buy a new one.

I had the same issue, till i formatted my card as well.

happens to me with a brand new SD card that WAS formatted. Does not happen all the time but I would 8 out of 10 times I dont have any problems

Yeah, it says mine is unreadable, how do you format them?
