Scammed on EBAY!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I am tired of ebay! Have had problems before that moment but such thing I havent encountered!!The thing is that even if the buyer is highly rated you still cant trust him...Anyway he sent me s7 replica instead of a refurbished phone!

A very tough break for sure, I really feel for you! I'd try and contact Ebay and see if they will go to bat for you and maybe get your money back by pressuring and or threatening the seller. He's already taken your money so at this point you have nothing to lose!!

When buying on Ebay it always good to remember that the Sellers Description is the Sales Contract and if the Description does not say genuine Samsung S7 then you should contact the Seller and ask if they will guarantee the phone to be genuine Samsung. Then if things go south, you will have documentation supporting your claim and Ebay's guarantee will protect you. Also, do all communication through Ebay so there is a written record of all communication. If there is a dispute, the Seller's Description and their written response to your questions will determine how Ebay will settle the dispute. If the Seller is not willing to protect your interests with an accurate description of what they are selling then do not buy!

I've learned over time to buy some things from certain sources and not others, vice versa. If it's out of china and it's some sort of computer hardware, my limit is about $10 and that's because I never trust that it'll work correctly. I usually buy from Chinese venders when you can't go wrong and I prefer amazon.com for that, though I DO use ebay now and then.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if your replica is better than the real thing. I have a real Galaxy S7 Edge and it's poorly thought out, overpriced junk IMO.

I bought a phone of eBay, the seller said it was a D855 (UK version), but infact it was a D855TR (Turkish version). I only found this a couple of days ago when I updated it to Marshmallow. I'm slightly annoyed but it's not as bad as your experience.

LOL. I bought a set of Zinik Lamborghini Reventon wheels on ebay for a few hundred dollars. I have them on my car now. It's not all bad. You just need to read between the lines and know the general story.

No. A kit car of my own design. I just thought the Lamborghini rims fit it better than anything else.

I am glad to know everything worked out. If it's super cool than it's probably better than the real thing.

Looking around, it sounds like some of these replica makers are catering to practical issues the big name brand people are ignoring. I wonder when they're going to stop copying and just make their own name brand model. I might buy one of them once my jump cycle is up. Between Sony and Samsung, I've wasted over a thousand dollars on garbage. Perhaps it's time to spend a hundred dollars on something that actually works well and holds up over time.
