I sent my 670 graphics card back to scan on the 6th. It got there on the 7th. So far I've had no information from scan and the website does not say they've received it..
They haven't even replied to my emails concerning if they have received it yet....

Should I be getting worried yet
 
I wouldn't worry about it just yet, while shipping might show that it's arrived it doesn't necessarily mean that it's been received into the system by shipping.
 
I have no idea. I am new the the rma process.... As far as I know, they should have received it by now.

When I'm at a computer, I'll see if they've updated the tracking.
 
Finally, on the 11th day, I received an email from Scan saying they're gonna send me a new card. On the Hexus forums today, Mark said he requested a replacement card to be shipped today!

However, I don't know if it'll be a refurb, or new. I asked him now.
 
Got my replacement today, but it still makes that noise when folding, benchmarking and opening games..... Still need another runs? This didn't look too new.
