Scanner Radio: Best alternative to a portable police scanner

This app is just down right neat. It allows you to listen to your local police, fire, and EMS radios. It works very well, and the audio quality is on par with what you would get from a scanner. The only issue I have noticed is that it does take about 4-8 seconds to find the local stations, when you look them up.
